Ferdinando Romano

Ferdinando Romano is an Italian double bassist, composer and improviser whose work spans contemporary jazz and electronic music. Trained in Florence and at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, he performs as both bandleader and collaborator. He won the Best New Italian Talent category in Musica Jazz’s Top Jazz 2020 poll.
