Press &
Communications

International press, radio and digital promotion, shaped around the repertoire and the artist.

Our work connects recordings with the people who write about music, programme it and introduce it to new listeners. Editorial preparation and personal contact are at the centre of that work.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

A coordinated approach to each release.

Press relations, listening materials and digital content serve different purposes. They can be brought together in a campaign defined around the character of the album and its intended audience.

Direct media relations

Selected journalists, magazines, webzines and radio producers are approached for the specific project. The repertoire, performers and editorial angle guide the selection.

How the work develops

The Communication and Promotion Office provides dedicated personal contact for the agreed campaign. The selection is discussed with the artist before activation, with territories, methods and timing defined for that project.

Physical review copies

Albums are supplied to relevant professional outlets that work with physical releases. Additional shipping campaigns can extend this activity, including selected recipients in the United States.

Campaign scope

The number and type of recipients are agreed with the artistic direction. Physical delivery and digital materials complement one another according to the needs of each outlet.

Radio & editorial requests

Recordings and supporting material are made available for professional listening and editorial assessment, with direct exchanges around the needs of the publication or programme.

Materials for professional use

Digital promotional copies are supplied to journalists, broadcasters and media professionals who request them. The dedicated office follows the exchanges that form part of its agreed assignment.

Standard & dedicated activity

The recording agreement includes basic promotion: five to six physical review copies, digital copies on professional request, and communication of the release. The additional activities above are available according to the project and the agreed campaign. Recording agreement ↗

INTERNATIONAL MEDIA RESEARCH

A broad directory.
A precise selection.

Our working master brings together classical and jazz media across countries and regions. It distinguishes media type, instrumental interests, repertoire, editorial roles and the person to approach.

THE PERSONAL APPROACH

The work happens
contact by contact.

The value of a dedicated campaign lies in the individual exchange. A recording of a rediscovered opera, a contemporary piano programme and a jazz release call for different editorial conversations.

01

Understand the project

Identify the repertoire, performers, research and artistic choices that give the recording its character.

02

Select the recipient

Match the project with the publication or programme, and identify the relevant editor, critic or producer.

03

Make the introduction

Present the project personally, supplying the listening material and documentation needed for evaluation.

04

Follow the exchange

Respond to requests, coordinate digital or physical copies and record the progress of the editorial conversation.

Promotion tailored to each recording.

Selection goes beyond geography. The subject of the recording helps determine who should receive it and which material will be most useful.
