Explore freely the topics and categories on this page to learn more about how we partner with artists to bring you music scores, books, and CDs. Our products cover an extremely broad spectrum indeed and we aim to make our content available to our users in whichever format suits them best.
The Edition is divided into two sections:
- Publishing: Da Vinci has an incredibly diverse publishing program of scores and books which could surprise people who are expecting a traditional press offering. First of all, we publish in many countries around the world, thank our partner distributors, and in a variety of print and digital formats focusing on a different type of music from baroque to jazz and working with composers for a specific project.
- Records: Including the cycles-in-progress of the complete keyboard works of J.S.Bach, the label has a unique system of production (see Publication Rules) thanks to a worldwide distribution program and a music choice of high quality in both classical and jazz world. It is also helping to put contemporary composers and fewer know artists in reach of a much wider audience focusing on the music rather than the artist.
Da Vinci work with objectives of excellence in arts as well as our main criteria when evaluating a new title for publication is its quality and whether it supports those aims of furthering education and disseminating knowledge. Many of our titles are created sometimes specifically for local markets and we support festival and competition abroad.
