Marco Taraddei
He is an Italian bassoonist and Professor of Bassoon at the Conservatorio “G.B. Martini” in Bologna.
He is active on the international concert scene as an orchestral musician, collaborating with leading Italian institutions such as the Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Teatro La Fenice di Venezia, Teatro di San Carlo di Napoli, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano. He has also performed with international ensembles including the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife, and the Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège. His recordings have been released by labels such as Decca, Deutsche Grammophon, ECM, and Universal Music. Since 2020, he has been a Moosmann artist.
