Daniele Lombardi

Daniele Lombardi (1946-2018) was an Italian composer, pianist and visual artist, born and trained in Florence. His work brought together sound, gesture, graphic signs and images, exploring connections between music and the visual arts. As a pianist and researcher, he played an important role in the rediscovery of music associated with the historical avant-garde, especially Futurism. His output includes piano music, large-scale works for multiple pianos, visual scores and multimedia projects.
