Fernando Lerman

Fernando Lerman is an Argentine composer, saxophonist and flautist whose work brings concert music into dialogue with tango and other Latin American traditions. His chamber works for saxophone, flute and clarinet have been performed internationally. His catalogue includes music for saxophone quartet, among it the Cuarteto de los tres barrios, whose movements evoke the Buenos Aires neighbourhoods Caballito, La Paternal and Villa Mitre.
