Giorgio Scardino
Biography
Giorgio Scardino is an Italian composer born in 1967. His guitar triptych Point, Ligne et Surface, recorded by Luca Margoni, takes its inspiration from Wassily Kandinsky. Its three movements transform the idea of a point expanding into a line and then a surface through contrasting musical gestures and progressively broader pacing.
