Simone Blasioli: Simone is an eclectic young saxophonist and composer, mainly active in Italy. He completed his studies in classical music - graduating in classical saxophone at the Conservatory of Pescara, composition and orchestral conducting at the Conservatory of l’Aquila - and jazz composition at the Conservatory of Turin. He has gained international experience completing different placements abroad including the Royal Irish Academy of Music of Dublin and the Conservatory at Castellon de la Plana. He has collaborated with numerous national and international artists, such as Furio Di Castri, Maurizio Rolli, Eric Daniel, Carlo Crivelli, Giampaolo Ascolese, Bepi D’Amato, Tony Esposito, Maurizio Giammarco, Michele Di Toro, Gianluca Esposito. Simone is also an active composer, specialized in film music: he has composed for different short movies and theatrical shows, directed by Francesco Puccio.
