Description

Tommaso D’Agostini’s Impressioni da giardini diversi is a triptych for violin, cello and piano, dedicated to Trio Rinaldo. Inspired by Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights, the work comprises three movements: Genesi, Danza and Inferno.

The edition includes an introductory note and performance instructions covering the string techniques and notation used in the score. The opening, marked Magico, etereo. Con ampio respiro, combines delicate piano writing with changing string timbres.

Score for piano trio. If the separate instrumental parts are not included with the volume, digital copies may be requested free of charge from the publisher, as stated in the edition.
