He began his musical career with ethnomusicological journeys in Romania, following in Béla Bartók’s footsteps and studying Romanian and Hungarian traditional music. His interest in historical keyboard instruments focuses particularly on the clavichord and on the galant and Sturm und Drang repertoire.

He has performed in Germany, Hungary, Austria, Romania, Italy, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Iran, Turkey, the United States, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Myanmar and Hong Kong. Alongside his concert activity, he teaches numerous masterclasses, particularly in Asia.

His recordings include Venetian concertos transcribed by J. S. Bach, recorded for La Bottega Discantica; C. P. E. Bach’s Sei concerti per il cembalo concertato, a double album for Da Vinci Classics; and a cycle of Mozart’s complete keyboard sonatas performed on the clavichord for the same label.
