Massimiliano Pace’s Missa Papae Ioannis is written for soprano, piano and cello quartet. The score is dedicated to Luciana Di Bella, “for whose sublime voice every note was conceived”.
The work comprises seven sections: Introitus, Kyrie, Gloria, Credo, Sanctus, Agnus Dei and Ite Missa Est. Its ensemble consists of piano and four separately notated cello parts, supporting the soprano.
This 60-page edition is supplied as a set. If the separate parts are not included with the volume, digital copies may be requested free of charge from info@davinci-edition.com, as indicated in the score.
